The Nino Mustica Archive is dedicated to the archiving of the artist's authentic works and the management of his documentary material.

 

The Nino Mustica Archive's primary objectives are as follows:

 

Archiving and Conservation: The Archive is responsible for the cataloguing and conservation of Nino Mustica's authentic works, as well as the collection of writings, documents and testimonies that tell the story of his life and art. It is also engaged in the compilation of the catalogue raisonné.

 

Promotion: The Archive promotes, curates and offers scientific support to exhibition and publishing projects and reviews dedicated to the Artist or inspired by his poetics and the interdisciplinary approach of his research, both nationally and internationally.

 

Collaborations and Sponsorships: The Archive collaborates with museums, foundations and public and private institutions to sponsor events that promote the artistic production and cultural legacy of Nino Mustica.

 

Legal Protection: The Archive is committed to defending the integrity of the works and materials attributed to Nino Mustica, taking all necessary legal measures against falsification and counterfeiting.

 

Specialised advice: The Archive provides guidance on Nino Mustica's work, assisting collectors and enthusiasts in identifying and enhancing the value of his creations.

Katharina Litz Mustica, wife and founder of the Nino Mustica Archive, is the copyright holder of Nino Mustica's works. Regardless of the ownership of the works, the reproduction rights are reserved to the owner, Katharina Litz.

 

For reproduction of writings, interviews or images of the works, please submit a written request to info@archivioninomustica.com to obtain authorisation for use.

 

The reproduction and dissemination of images and writings of Nino Mustica is strictly prohibited in any form, analogue or digital, without the explicit authorisation of the copyright holder.

 

Furthermore, reproductions of images of the signature or inscriptions that can be traced back to the artist's hand are not authorised.

ARCHIVING

The Nino Mustica Archive is responsible for the authentication and archiving of Nino Mustica's works and related documentary material.

If you are in possession of a work which you believe to be authentic, and would like to request its examination for inclusion in the register of authentic works by Nino Mustica, please contact us by email at info@archivioninomustica.com.

Please attach digital photographs of the work, including the front, back and details of signatures, writings and labels, if any.
It is essential to also provide information on the provenance of the work, and if known, any details on publications or exhibitions.

The Nino Mustica Archive will provide instructions on how to proceed.
